- LICENSE: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (the docs are prose, not code). - design/licensing.md: the decision record — the GPL-3.0-only toolchain / MPL-2.0 runtime / user-owned generated code / CC-BY docs / reserved-brand split, the link-graph reasoning behind it, why -only over -or-later, and the open questions (stdlib schema license, generated-file header). - mkdocs.yml: nav entry + a CC-BY note in the footer copyright.
